This includes details needed to facilitate payment and send physical goods. We do not share your details with third parties. Payment
Website orders are processed securely through Stripe. We do not retain your payment details. If you would prefer to make payment via bank transfer, please contact us to arrange. An invoice with our banking details can be forwarded to you, and payment within 48 hours will secure your order.
Physical Goods
Sales of physical goods are final once payment is received. This includes custom orders in production and not yet dispatched. You will receive confirmation of your order, and notification will also be sent advising dispatch. Items are sent via Australia Post and tracking details will be provided.
Return Policy
Please choose carefully when ordering as refunds are not available for change of mind. This includes custom orders in production and not yet dispatched. For change of mind, you must contact us within 2 days of its delivery to make arrangements. Customers will be responsible for any return postage costs. Items will be assessed upon return and must not have been worn, used, washed or otherwise damaged. Tags must remain attached. Once assessed, a store credit voucher will be issued to the customer equal to the original paid price of the exchanged item/s.
