Payment Processing

Website orders are processed securely through Stripe. If you would prefer to make payment via bank transfer, please contact us to arrange. An invoice with our banking details can be forwarded to you, and payment within 24 hours will secure your order.

Australian & International Postage is now available. Flat rates apply for both standard and Express postage options

Local Pick-Up can be arranged, on occasion, from markets in the Perth metropolitan area. Please contact us prior to purchase to enquire about this pick-up option, and to confirm the next market days.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please choose carefully as returns are not available for change of mind. We make every effort to photograph items in a way that accurately represents their colours and key features, but please be mindful that all screen resolutions will differ slightly. Fabric print placement will also vary between individual items where multiples are offered. Every care is taken to package items safely for postage, and we are confident they they will arrive safely to you. Similarly, great care is taken in the construction of each handmade item in our home studio in Perth, Western Australia. In the unlikely event that a product arrives to you damaged or faulty, please make contact within 24hrs to discuss your concerns. To assess whether a return, exchange or refund may be possible, it is important that all tags remain attached, and that the item has not been used or washed.
