Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please choose carefully as returns are not available for change of mind. We make every effort to photograph items in a way that accurately represents their colours and key features, but please be mindful that all screen resolutions will differ slightly. Fabric print placement will also vary between individual items where multiples are offered. Every care is taken to package items safely for postage, and we are confident that they will arrive safely to you. Similarly, great care is taken in the construction of each handmade item. In the unlikely event that a product arrives to you damaged or faulty, please make contact within 24hrs to discuss your concerns. To assess whether a return, exchange or refund may be possible, it is important that all tags remain attached, and that the item has not been used or washed.
