This romper features a loose leg fit, brought in at the waist with pleats. This makes for an easy fit over both disposable and cloth nappies. The romper can be made in a summer style, with shortened legs and sleeves, or with longer lengths for winter warmth. The bodice features a mock waistcoat. A back zip closure ensures easy dressing. Two hand embroidered crosses are added to the collar points. Additionally, your child’s name and their baptism date will be stitched inside the garment to make this a treasured family keepsake
Sizing - Once I have received your booking, I will be in contact to discuss sizing and will guide you through how to measure your child. From there, I can determine the ideal size.
Additional Outfit - In order to be confident in the sizing, you will receive a complimentary additional outfit. This will be sewn and sent first, and will be made up in a printed cotton fabric or a solid colour of your choice (not white). This outfit wont include any embroidery, but will match the baptism garment in style and fit. Your little one will then have a bonus outfit for other occasions. After you have tried this on your child, we can make any sizing adjustments, if necessary, before sewing the baptism garment.
Pricing - Prices varies according to your fabric choice. This package fee is inclusive of the two finished outfits you will receive, and postage (or local delivery within the Perth area).
How to book - From the dropdown box below, simply choose your fabric preference and click “Book Now”. A form will then appear, to confirm your child’s baptism date and embroidery customisation details. Once I’ve received your booking, I will be in contact to discuss sizing and any further custom details, such as button colour preferences.
I require a lead time of at least two months for all custom commissions, and I only take on a limited number each month.
